I had an amazing time shopping at Bank Lyon Jewellers. With my 50th birthday coming up, I was on the hunt for a watch and stumbled upon the Longines Conquest VHP at a great price on their website. Since I was buying online, I did a bit of digging and felt good about going ahead with the order. They reached out via WhatsApp to see if I wanted any adjustments to the bracelet and confirmed when it would be sent out. The watch arrived in excellent packaging, and since I mentioned it was for my birthday, they even threw in a birthday card, which was a lovely surprise. The watch is absolutely gorgeous and fits just right - big thanks for making this purchase so memorable!

Dropped in today to pick up a watch I noticed on the site, and Sam welcomed us warmly right off the bat. She knew her stuff about the products and didn’t push us at all, making it a fantastic experience overall. We even got to check out an original MB1, and I’ll surely recommend this place.

My partner and I went to pick out a watch on Christmas Eve. Sam welcomed us with a glass of champagne, and I tried on a bunch of different watches. I just couldn't decide, so I mentioned we'd come back after the holiday. Today, we came back and picked a Tag Heuer that I had tried on before, and once again, Sam was super helpful.

Samantha truly dedicated her time to help me while I was getting a new watch. She went above and beyond to make sure we looked at every brand and choice available, so the timepiece I ended up with was just right. The service was top-notch and felt way more personal than my previous experiences at a brand's boutique. I’d surely choose to shop at Banks again down the line and would suggest it to anyone.

I placed my order a bit late, but the store managed to send the watch to me safely, along with some unexpected free gifts.
